Delivery only available within the Isle of Man.

We take service seriously and offer a full delivery service to our customers. Our installers can deliver your equipment, we also offer a comprehensive installation service for all freestanding or integrated appliances. 

Any item chosen from our extensive stock can usually be delivered within a couple of working days. Alternatively, if you're not quite ready, we can store your new appliance(s) until you are ready to take delivery. We know the logistical difficulties of setting up a new home or maybe re-designing your kitchen and are happy to help - delivering the goods to fit in with your schedule.

We can also arrange for removal & disposal of your old appliance.

You can also use our reserve and collect service to book your appliance if you prefer. Pay and collect from our store at Glen Vine or from our Ramsey shop. 

Reserve & Collect

Our Reserve and Collect service makes it easy for you to choose the products you want from the comfort of your own home and then to avoid disappointment you can reserve them in a matter of seconds. Your items will normally be available for collection from our Glen Vine Store within an hour of reservation. We will call to confirm stock has been reserved, normally within one hour during business hours.

If you would prefer, you may also call us by phoning 01624 851397 to reserve an item.

You may collect your item from our Glen Vine store, or alternatively, our shop at Ramsey.(Available collection times depend on store opening hours and availability). Please indicate when reserving an item which store you would like to collect your reserved item from. If the product is not in stock at that store, we will organise transfer from our warehouse to the store. We will contact you normally within 1 hour (during business opening times) to confirm when the product will be available for collection.

Goods are held for 24 hours from time of reservation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by phone.  If for any reason an individual item is not available, we will contact you immediately.

Installations & Removals

When our installation service has been requested, please note that it is subject to compatible plumbing and electrical services being available.

Our appliance installation service includes:


  • Disconnection of your old appliance (if disposal has been requested)
  • Removal of all transit packaging
  • Positioning and levelling of your new appliance
  • Connection to suitable services (water/electric)
  • Testing your new appliance
  • Basic demonstration on the use of your new appliance

Our standard installation service does not include:

  • Replacement of faulty or unsuitable services
  • Modification of existing services
  • Alterations to cabinetry

These services can be offered at extra cost and by quotation and is subject to suitability.
