Please find our simple terms and conditions detailed below, and do not hesitate to contact us in case of any query. When you place an order with us we will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply to all Marown TV’s transactions that are processed on-line, telephone, fax, e-mail, showroom or commercial transactions.

We reserve the right to change our terms from time to time so please check them before making a new purchase.

Order process

Any order is subject to acceptance by Marown TV, and following the receipt of any order we will send a detailed acknowledgement of all items ordered, though this is not an order acceptance. The offer will have been accepted, and the contract binding, once payment has been received by Marown TV, and you have received a confirmation email confirming stock availability and an estimated delivery time. If an order placed is not in stock you will be notified, and you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. If we inform you that we are unable to accept your order then we will arrange a full refund if payment has been received.

Pricing and Payment

We accept all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card but not over the internet, please e-mail or phone us. If you wish to discuss alternative methods of payment please contact us.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT, we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Title

All goods will remain the property of Marown TV Ltd until paid for in full.

Product Guarantee

Unfortunately even the best products can sometimes have problems, however you will receive a minimum of 12 months manufacturers guarantee with any product purchased. Certain products will come with a free 5 year guarantee, which will be specifically detailed on each relevant products page, and we also offer extended warranties Any guarantee or warranty excludes faults that occur as a result of neglect, misuse or accidental damage, and software issues. Batteries, tapes, films and other consumables are also excluded. If your product should fail within the warranty period, please see our faulty goods information below. The guarantee is valid providing the product/s are used in accordance with the manufacturers instruction book, and used in the environment they were intended for, i.e not in commercial or trade use, unless specified at point of sale. Please take time to read and observe the instruction manuals and literature provided with the product/s.

Delivery & Installation Service

We deliver and install to Isle of Man addresses 5 days a week, and wherever possible will deliver your product/s on the date you require. All delivery times quoted are an estimate and may be subject to change.

Once your order has been received we will contact you by phone to make arrangements. A morning or afternoon slot can be booked so that you don’t have to wait in all day.

Product Returns - Your Right to Cancel

Should you wish to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with your product, we operate a 7 day no quibble returns policy in accordance with your rights as a consumer. To do so, please e-mail sales@mtveuronics.com. For us to collect unwanted goods, all products returned MUST be complete and contain ALL the original manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original delivery. The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession; we reserve the right to charge for any damage that may have occurred while the goods were in the customers possession, or refuse the product/s if returned un saleable. The 7 day cancellation period for each appliance begins the day after the day of delivery of that appliance. The cost of collection, and any costs incurred by Marown TV for delivery (including delivery offered free of charge) will be deducted from any refund made to you.

Return of faulty goods within 28 days

If your product is faulty when you receive it or develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer’s operating instructions. The fault will have to be verified by us or our service agents or the manufacturer of the product which can take a few days. Once the fault is confirmed you will have a choice of a replacement, free repair or a full refund. If you require a refund then the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accessories and instruction manuals. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has any accessories missing, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or charge for the missing accessories. We will meet the delivery costs for the return and replacement of the faulty product within the Isle of Man.

Return of faulty goods after 28 days

If your product develops a fault after 28 days but within the warranty period then you can get it repaired for free. You can either return the faulty item back to us for repair or for larger products, we will arrange for a service call to be carried out. If the fault is found to be caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer’s operating instructions, then the repair will not be covered by warranty. The delivery charges for collection & return and/or replacement of the faulty product is free within the Isle of Man.

Product Information

Product specifications, images and other material published on our website have been provided by manufacturers, suppliers or relevant trade publications. It is our intention to ensure that all information displayed is accurate and up to date. However as specifications are in the most part subject to change without notification by the manufacturer we strongly advise verifying any critical specifications.

Printing & Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a payment being taken and a contract being formed. In the event of a cancellation or refusal of any order we will arrange an immediate and full refund if payment has been taken.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you make a purchase from marowntv.im we need to collect certain information to process your transaction and fulfil your order.

The type of information we collect about you includes:- Your name, Address, Phone number, email address, Credit/Debit card details. The information that we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us.

Security

When you shop with us via our web site, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. We also use agencies to validate each purchaser really is the legitimate card holder.

Protecting Your Security

You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Complaints Procedure

We take all complaints seriously. If you have a cause of complaint then please write to us at the address shown on our contact page. We will respond in writing to all complaints within 5 days and will keep you informed throughout the process by your request. We try very hard to provide high quality customer service but at the end of the day we are only human and sometimes mistakes can be made. We promise though that if we do, we will do our best to put them right.
