Our Reserve and Collect service makes it easy for you to choose the products you want from the comfort of your own home and then to avoid disappointment you can
reserve them in a matter of seconds.
Your items will normally be available for collection from our Glen Vine Store within an hour of reservation. We will call to confirm stock has been reserved, normally within one hour during business hours.
If you would prefer, you may also call us by phoning 01624 851397 to reserve an item.
You may collect your item from our Glen Vine store, or alternatively, our shop at Ramsey.(Available collection times depend on store opening hours and availability). Please indicate when reserving an item which store you would like to collect your reserved item from. If the product is not in stock at that store, we will organise transfer from our warehouse to the store. We will contact you normally within 1 hour (during business opening times) to confirm when the product will be available for collection.
Goods are held for 24 hours from time of reservation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by phone. By using our reserve and collect service you are accepting that we may periodically send you our Newsletter with special offers and promotions. You may opt out of further newsletters at any time and we will not share your email address with any third parties. If for any reason an individual item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
